Lemon Poppyseed Protein Pancakes

 

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggsscreen-shot-2016-11-08-at-9-06-47-am
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 2 tablespoons flour of choice

 

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients until smooth
  2. Spray pan and pour out pancake batter
  3. Cook on medium/low heat and flip once pancakes begin to bubble
  4. Serve hot with butter and pure maple syrup

Serves 3 (makes 6 pancakes)
