Spiced Turmeric Milk

Ingredients

2 cups almond, coconut or other milk of your choice

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground ginger

1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom

1 tablespoon raw local honey or maple syrup

Preparation

Place milk in a small saucepan and bring to a gently boil. Reduce heat and stir in spices and coconut oil. Add honey or maple syrup to taste. Enjoy warm!
