2 tsp each curry powder, chili powder and ground red pepper

1 tsp each Celtic Salt, ground coriander, ginger, cumin and cinnamon

3 tbsp olive oil

1 cup chopped onion

2 cloves minced garlic

1 pound skinned chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes

1 (6oz) can organic tomato paste

3 cups cubed, Broccoli

2 cups water



Combine first 8 ingredients to make spice mixture.

Saute onion and garlic in oil, stir in spice mixture and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add chicken and continue to sauté for 10 minutes

Add tomato paste, broccoli and water to the pan.

Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
