Refreshing Summer Drink
Dr. Shulman’s favourite summer drink.
Bring a pot of water to close to the boiling point. Throw 2 of our green tea bags into it and leave it for 30-60 minutes or more. (The beauty of our green tea if that it doesn’t bitter so you could leave the teabags in all day.) Dr. Shulman then adds either lemon juice, a dash of honey or mint from her garden.
Put it in a pitcher in the fridge or drink it immediately over ice.
This is so well loved in her home she makes a full pitcher every day! So much better for you (and more delicious) than Nestea!
