Ingredients:

  • 40g protein powder

  • ¾ cup cubed cantaloupe
  • ¼ medium banana
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 1 ½ tsp flaxseed oil

Instructions:

Place all Ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
