My Story

Helping patients stay active, recover quickly, and stay healthy for the long run.

Chiropractic care has been a part of my life since I was young. Growing up as a competitive dancer, I spent countless hours training, competing, and pushing my body to perform at its best. Along the way, I experienced my share of hip and back pain, and chiropractic care played an important role in helping me stay active, recover from the physical demands of dance, and continue doing what I loved.

My experiences as a patient sparked an interest in how the body moves, heals, and adapts. I was fascinated by chiropractic’s whole-body approach to health and its ability to help people feel well and function at a high level without relying on medication.

That interest led me to study Kinesiology at Western University, where I developed an even greater appreciation for the complexity of the human body and how movement, recovery, and lifestyle habits influence the way we feel and function every day.

I later completed my chiropractic education in Sydney, Australia. Living abroad for three years gave me the opportunity to learn from chiropractors with a variety of techniques and practice styles while experiencing a completely different part of the world. After graduation, I returned home to Canada and am excited to be serving the London community.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy running, spin classes, intramural sports, and staying active in ways that keep life fun and balanced.

My background in dance, football, running, and other sports has given me an appreciation for the challenges active people face. I enjoy helping patients recover from injuries, improve movement, and stay involved in the activities that matter to them.

I know how frustrating it can be when pain or injury gets in the way of the activities you enjoy. That’s why I love helping people recover, stay active, and continue doing the things that matter most to them.
